Fresh flowers from your garden, why not?

Sending flowers does not always mean ordering or purchasing flowers from a florist. Someone close to you is celebrating something or get sick, and you wish to show your concern.   If you are a green- thumb gardener, why not picking some fresh flowers from your garden?  There are some advantages of sending fresh flowers picked from your own garden:
  1. Personal touch:  Believe it or not, a bunch of freshly picked flowers from our own garden – even how plain the bouquet is – always shows deeper care.
  2. Save money: it cost nothing or less than a bouquet ordered from the florist.
  3. Less Carbon Footprint: Ecologists say, always use local product to cut your carbon footprint. Well, harvesting flowers  from your garden is a hand reach away.  :)

Here is how you can nicely arrange your flowers:
  • Simply tight them with a nice ribbon or thin jute rope. Half wrap the bouquet with nice crepe paper or cello tape wrapper.
  • You can also just place them in a glass, pot, vase or just bottle; don’t forget to pour some water as to make the flowers last longer.

If you wish to have your “home made” bouquet bring even deeper personal touch,   place your flowers on a personalized vase.  This will cost you more, but it will bring deeper individual touch.  Such vase might even be kept for a long time for its personal memory, like a vase with a photo or some text printing of the event.   View these unique inexpensive vases for your reference.
